This transformer is used to adapt 230VAC devices to a 120VAC electrical system. Devices with an output of up to 1000VA can be operated with this transformer. At the same time, a galvanic separation to the electrical system is realized by this transformer. With a special clamping bar (Cage Clamp), two secondary connections are available for the 230VAC voltage. The transformer is delivered in its own housing, which can be used for floor or wall mounting. Ventilation is by passive air convection. The transformer was designed according to VDE570 part 2-14; EN61558-2-14 tested by the Germanischer Lloyd.
